How long does the free plan last?
Our free plan allows for up to 200 order per month but it's limited to 2 riders and 1 users and lasts indefinitely. If you need more rider and riders or access to additional features, you can upgrade to a paid plan starting at ₦12,000 per month.
Can I change my subscription mid-way through a month?
Yes, you can change your subscription mid-way through a month. We offer a flexible subscription plan that allows you to upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. If you upgrade your plan you can change immediately or start new plan at the end of the current billing cycle. If you downgrade your plan, the change will take effect at the end of the current billing period.
Is there a yearly subscription plan?
We currently do not offer a yearly subscription plan. Our plans are billed on a monthly basis, and you have the flexibility to cancel or upgrade your plan at any time.
